Okay, I'll be serious. I'm taking 1800PetMeds.com Super Pure Omega 3 Capsules for my itchy skin/skin allergies, to see if it helps. Seven weeks into the experiment (which isn't long enough to get the full effect but probably long enough to notice improvement), we think it does. I'm scratching less (yay!), and my fur feels super soft.
